DIGITAL COMPUTER TOMOGRAPHY

Our dental clinic is one of very few facilities in Germany to own a digital volume tomograph (computer tomograph), offering super-high resolution images of the region being examined. This device represents some of the best technology for three-dimensional diagnostic imaging currently available on the international market. It permits our dentists to accurately evaluate the bone structures involved prior to any procedure. This is particularly important when inserting implants. The technology allows dentists to prepare by performing an exceptionally accurate virtual operation starting from the initial conditions identified. Importantly, this technology also significantly reduces the required radiation levels, which is beneficial to the whole body.
